Atelier MIHARA YASUHIRO Exclusive Shoes

Atelier MIHARA YASUHIRO launches a total of six models of men’s and women’s leather shoes.

The Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Store will start pre-sales on October 4 to for the 20th anniversary of Isetan Shinjuku Men’s, and will go on sale on October 7 at other stores.

At the atelier located inside Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO Omotesando Hills, shoe master who have supported the brand since its launch is making leather shoes.

The atelier is a special space that only MIHARA YASUHIRO, which started its creation with leather shoes, can offer custom-made shoes, maintenance, and a “shoe making class” (currently on hiatus) with lectures by designer Yasuhiro Mihara and shoe master.

The shoes have been sold mainly on a made-to-order basis, but they will now be on sale at the stores through Atelier MIHARA YASUHIRO, in the hope that more customers will discover the appeal of leather shoes.

【MEN’S Suede Leather Shoes】

Shoes made of full grain velour. They are characterized by their delicate kevar and unique softness. The tips of the suede are laid down with an iron for a more elegant finish. The sole is intentionally roughened without finishing the sides cleanly, leaving them as a design feature.
