Return/Exchange

We do not accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been confirmed. We do not accept changes in order details such as size or color difference.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the delivered product is different from your order or defective. Please note that we may have to inform you of the return instead of the exchange if the prodcut is out-of-stock.
For exchanges and returns, please contact us within 7 days from delivered date. After 7 days, the item will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Products with the condition of the following are not eligible for exchange or return.
・The product is damaged or scratched by customer.
・The product has been used or washed.
・The bag, tags, or accessories included with the product are missing.
・The product was purchased from other store

Exchange
1. Contact us within 7 days from delivered date. After 7 days, the product will not be eligible for exchange or return. Please note that we may have to inform you of the return instead of the exchange if the prodcut is out-of-stock.
2. Send us the photos we requested by e-mail. We will check the photos carefully and let you know if we are able to accept the exchange.
3. Return the product. We sent you DHL return Waybill by e-mail. Please print it out and stick it to the retun package. You can arrange pick-up from an email we set to be sent from DHL. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.
4. We check the product we received from you. After we check the condition carefully, we will proceed the new shipment with DHL. We will send you the tracking number after the product is shipped. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.

Return

Curve shape provides a comfortable fit that wraps around the face.
Distortion of the lenses, a key point of the design, is finished in the same shape as the buckle of Kamiya's 24AW season item, a belt.
Side silhouette is a sleek design with minimal waste.
Cross motif metal parts on the 6mm-thick temples are a symbolic accent detail of this collaboration, which started with the creation of the molds.
The item name and logo are engraved on the inside of the temples.
