2. Send us the photos we requested by e-mail. We will check the photos carefully and let you know if we are able to accept the exchange.
3. Return the product. We sent you DHL return Waybill by e-mail. Please print it out and stick it to the retun package. You can arrange pick-up from an email we set to be sent from DHL. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.
4. We check the product we received from you. After we check the condition carefully, we will proceed the new shipment with DHL. We will send you the tracking number after the product is shipped. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.
Return
