We do not accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been confirmed. We do not accept changes in order details such as size or color difference.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the delivered product is different from your order or defective. Please note that we may have to inform you of the return instead of the exchange if the prodcut is out-of-stock.
For exchanges and returns, please contact us within 7 days from delivered date. After 7 days, the item will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Products with the condition of the following are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Send us the photos we requested by e-mail. We will check the photos carefully and let you know if we are able to accept the exchange.
3. Return the product. We sent you DHL return Waybill by e-mail. Please print it out and stick it to the retun package. You can arrange pick-up from an email we set to be sent from DHL. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.
4. We check the product we received from you. After we check the condition carefully, we will proceed the new shipment with DHL. We will send you the tracking number after the product is shipped. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.

The item name "PAST" means "to revive time by reproducing the beauty of time gone by".
The sole of the shoes faithfully reproduces the worn rubber and worn-in look of the shoes.
The sole is made of natural rubber and the upper is made of organic cotton.
The canvas fabric of the upper is over-dyed.
The main parts are made of natural materials.
New colors, white, gray, bordeaux, and light green, are added as Edit.06.
Due to the nature of this product's processing, there may be individual differences in color tone.
