A collaboration with American heritage brand “Rocky Mountain Featherbed” will be available from October 25, at KAMIYA’s flagship store THE PHARCYDE, the official online store, and select retailers.

This collaboration is based on Rocky Mountain Featherbed’s classic down vest, crafted from KAMIYA’s cotton canvas fabric (commonly referred as duck cloth), and merges the identities of both brands.

The vest’s construction and down fill are handled by Rocky Mountain Featherbed, while KAMIYA applies its signature aging process to create authentic, worn-in look.
The iconic Western yoke is crafted from a single piece of dark brown cowhide, and the vest is filled with European down (90% down, 10% feathers) with 700 fill power, providing exceptional warmth while remaining remarkably lightweight.
By retaining classic details and adopting an oversized silhouette, it becomes a timeless piece.

Rocky Mountain Featherbed(RMFC) is a cold-weather garments brand for cowboys, founded in the late 1960s in Wyoming, USA.

Inspired by Native American leather capes, the brand is known for a seamless single-piece leather yoke and its functional beauty.

Although the brand once disappeared in the 1980s, it was revived in 2005 by Kinji Teramoto in Japan.

Blending its traditional details while integrating modern materials and techniques, it continues to evolve as a true heritage brand.
